Frank Chandler

Frank Chandler is a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in managing the development and manufacturing of electronic devices. At JUUL Labs since September 2018, Frank oversees E-Cigarettes device builds from concept through mass production. Previously, at Boosted, Inc., Frank managed the manufacturing of various skateboard models while addressing design and quality issues with suppliers. Frank’s experience at Apple included leading the launch of multiple iPhone models and collaborating with Asian ODM vendors. Frank also held various engineering and management roles at Motorola for 15 years, focusing on the design and introduction of mobile devices and accessories. Frank holds a BSEE in Engineering from Florida International University.
