Jolita Budrienė

Jolita Budriene has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jolita is currently working as a Mentor at idialogue and as a Recruiting Manager at Juvare. Prior to these roles, they served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Devbridge Group from 2017 to 2021. In 2016, they worked as an IT Recruitment Specialist at Adform, and from 2014 to 2016, they worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at CVO Recruitment Lithuania. Jolita also has experience in research and analysis, having worked as a Research Recruiter at Euromonitor International from 2012 to 2014 and as a Research Analyst from 2009 to 2012. Before that, they served as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Cision from 2008 to 2009.

Jolita Budrienė obtained a Bachelor's degree in Scandinavian Languages, Literature and Linguistics from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, graduating in 2008.
