Richard Marshall

Richard Marshall CBE is a seasoned executive in the pharmaceutical and medical fields, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Juvenescence™️ since January 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of SVP and Global Head of Respiratory and Immunology Development at AstraZeneca from September 2019 to January 2023. Richard's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Medical Officer at Galecto Biotech and as a Visiting Professor at Newcastle University. Additionally, Richard contributed as an Honorary Consultant in Thoracic Medicine at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust and had a long tenure at GSK, where responsibilities encompassed leadership in Medicines Development and various roles in Respiratory. Richard’s academic background features a PhD in Medical Sciences, an MBBS, and a BSc in Neuroscience, all from University College London.
