Lee Cox began their professional career in 1994 working as a Support/Product Manager for DataEase International Ltd. In 1997, they moved to BT Cellnet as Manager of Product Marketing - Messaging, where they were responsible for P&L of messaging services. In 2000, they became VP of Genie Platforms & Development at BT Global Services, where they worked in Amsterdam and Munich to establish mobile internet services. In 2004, they joined Telefónica O2 UK as Head of SME Data & Managed Service Propositions, creating online videos, customer forums, press activities, sales promotions and events. In 2009, they became a Freelance Mobile Data Consultant at LJCox.com. In 2012, they joined Cisco Jasper as Chief Solutions Architect of IoT APAC, leading the company's growth in Asia and overseeing technical design for Jasper's largest APAC Connected Car customers and NB-IoT projects. Finally, in 2017, they became Chief Solutions Architect of APAC at Juvo, where they help mobile operators establish identity scores for people so access to financial services becomes possible.
Lee Cox attended Hallam Sheffield University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned an MA in Technical Communication.
