Pierre Costa

Pierre Costa has extensive experience in project management, software development, and scrum master roles. Pierre began their career in 2005 as a Coordenador de Sistemas at CSU Cardsystem, where they were responsible for project management using PMI, coordinating teams, defining requirements with users, and developing .Net architecture. In 2008, they worked as a Consultor at Liberty Seguros. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Analista de Sistemas at Zap S/A Internet and Talent Four Consulting, where they were responsible for developing the portal zap.com.br. In 2010 and 2011, they worked as a Consultor at agDirect cross-media and a Gerente de TI at Vou de Viagem S/A, where they managed the IT area and marketing campaigns. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Gerente de Projetos at Accurate Software, where they managed projects, reported status, and acted as a Scrum Master. Pierre is currently working as a Scrum Master at Juvo since 2021.

Pierre Costa has a diverse educational background. Pierre holds an MBA from FIAP in Gestão Estratégica dos Processos de Negócio e Tecnologia, which they obtained in 2008. Pierre also holds a Bacharel degree from Faculdade Sumaré in Sistemas de Informação, which they obtained in 2003. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including a Management 3.0 Advanced certification from Management 3.0 obtained in October 2021, an Energizing People certification from Management 3.0 obtained in September 2021, a Fundamentals Online Workshop certification from Management 3.0 obtained in June 2021, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance obtained in October 2009, and a Team Kanban Practitioner certification from Kanban University.
