Justin Hartsfield has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, holding various managerial and operational roles. Currently serving as an Operational Specialist at Jw Enterprise since January 2024 and as General Manager at Tru Testing & Inspections since May 2023, Hartsfield previously worked as a Pressure Control Manager at Keane Group from November 2017 to May 2023 and as District Sales Manager at Quinn's Energy Services / Lee Specialties from July 2013 to May 2023, where responsibilities included sales and recertification of pressure control equipment in South Texas. Earlier roles include positions as Sr. Operator Level 3 at Wireline Control Systems, General Operator at Cased Hole Solutions, and General Operator at Schlumberger from 2003 to 2009. Hartsfield graduated from Hudson High School in 1996.
