William Gideon

William Gideon is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile hospitality settings. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations and Executive Chef at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa since 2022, William has held executive chef positions at Live! Casino & Hotel from June 2020 to November 2022, Rod n Reel Beach Resort and Spa from September 2018 to June 2020, and Coral Beach & Tennis Club from September 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, William was the Executive Chef/Director at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa from September 2011 to June 2017, where oversight included nine outlets and a team of over 350 members. Earlier experience includes the role of Executive Chef at River City Casino & Hotel between August 2009 and January 2011, where William focused on menu development and financial oversight of multiple dining outlets.
