John Downs

John Downs has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Information Technology Manager at JW Player since October 2017, where previous roles included Senior Information Technology Analyst and IT Analyst. Prior to this, John worked at Tapad from July 2013 to May 2016 as Senior Information Technology Support, successfully managing end user support and onboarding, while achieving 100% user satisfaction. John’s career began at Apple, where responsibilities included creative roles from July 2005 to March 2013. John is an alumnus of Valencia College.
