Oliver has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of construction, ranging from field supervision to operational management. As a licensed State Certified General Contractor, he is well versed in both commercial and residential projects having successfully built multi-family apartment projects, condominium developments and multi-million dollar estate homes. Prior to joining KD Construction, Oliver owned and operated a successful development company and drywall company and has established a loyal following of customers. His commitment to quality and attention to detail has earned him a reputation worthy of mention in numerous trade publications. As President of KD Construction, he actively oversees day to day operations and plays a critical role on the management team. His goal is to deliver a quality product and superior customer service.
