Cathryn Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cathryn started their career as a Corporate Buyer and Retail Manager at Barron Heating, where they successfully launched a new retail division and exceeded sales projections. Cathryn then worked as a Regional Director at Visiting Angels and as a Vice President at the Whatcom Opportunities Regional Center, where they executed business plans and managed various aspects of senior lifestyle services.

Cathryn also has experience in human resources and consulting. Cathryn worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Cathryn Carpenter - Consulting, where they provided executive recruitment services. Cathryn later worked as an HR Director/Executive Assistant at B2D Marketing and as an HR Business Partner & Operations at Be Labs, where they handled recruitment, onboarding, benefit administration, and legal contract negotiation.

In their recent roles, they served as a Sales Manager at Brookdale and as a Vice President of Operations & People at K & D Services Inc. Cathryn was responsible for driving occupancy and overseeing HR functions, respectively.
