Muhammad Rizwan Dalia has a strong work experience in finance and management roles. Muhammad Rizwan started their career at A.F. Ferguson & Co (PwC Pakistan) as an Assistant Manager, where they handled audits and assignments for various national and multinational clients. After completing their article ship, they were promoted to Assistant Manager and took on additional responsibilities such as income tax return preparation and filing, correspondence with tax authorities, and advising clients on tax matters.

In 2001, Dalia joined Pakistan State Oil Company (PSO) as a Deputy General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for accounting and pricing of petroleum products, management reporting, profitability analysis, inventory management, and compliance with tax regulations. Muhammad Rizwan also played a key role in the implementation of SAP system migration. During their time at PSO, Dalia achieved significant cost savings in inventory management during a period of declining oil prices.

Currently, Dalia holds the position of Chief People Officer at K-Electric. Muhammad Rizwan previously served as Chief People Officer & Company Secretary and Director Finance & Company Secretary at the same company. Muhammad Rizwan'sresponsibilities include overseeing the company's human resources function and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
