Kim Young

Kim Young is an experienced professional with a diverse background in psychology, substance abuse prevention, and donor relations. Currently serving as a Workplace Violence & Harassment Prevention Specialist for the Tennessee Army National Guard, Kim is responsible for establishing policies and training personnel in Integrated Primary Prevention. Additionally, Kim works as a Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator at Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. and on the Pastoral Care Team for Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks, providing support to individuals in crisis. Kim holds multiple adjunct professor roles, teaching psychology courses at Trinity International University and Saint Xavier University. With a strong foundation in healthcare assistance and administrative roles, Kim's educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.
