Heidi Zangara

Heidi Zangara is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and customer service. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at K. Parks Consulting, Inc. since October 2022, Heidi previously held positions as a Customer Service Representative at Washington Gas and the NJ Department of Health. Notably, Heidi spent over two decades at Lucent and Nokia as Operations and Communications Manager for Global Corporate Real Estate, following management roles at AT&T.
