Nathan Chan

Nathan Chan is a seasoned professional in retail leasing, currently serving as Leasing Manager at K11 Concepts Limited since 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the pre-leasing of 11 SKIES, a major retail, dining, and entertainment development set to open in August 2024. Previously, Nathan held the position of Senior Leasing Officer at MTR Corporation Limited from 2018 to 2021, contributing to the pre-leasing of The LOHAS and participating in the co-founding of MTR’s LOUDER initiative. Nathan's experience also includes roles at Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd., where Nathan progressed from Associate to Senior Leasing Officer, and various internships at notable organizations such as KPMG and Savills. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master's degree in Construction and Real Estate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, along with exchange studies at King's College London and The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL.
