Cameron Lovell

Cameron Lovell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cameron started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they reviewed literature on evacuation modeling. Cameron then worked as an Equipment Coordinator at Apex Systems, a staffing agency, on placement with Raytheon, Co.

After that, Cameron joined Breuker Design, LLC as a Junior Architect, where they performed architectural surveying, drafting, and design services on various projects in the Boston area. During their time at Breuker Design, they gained experience in developing design development, bid, permitting, and construction phase drawings.

Cameron returned to Apex Systems as a Site Lead, this time on placement for Lockheed Martin, Co. Cameron later transitioned to K2 Construction Consultants, Inc., where they held multiple roles including Field Operations Manager, Chief Engineer, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering. At K2, their responsibilities include managing the deployment of advanced security screening technology to federalized airports.

Cameron Lovell holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Structural Engineering and Mechanics, which was obtained from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the years 2009 to 2010. Prior to this, Cameron earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the same university, spanning from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Cameron has obtained the certification of Engineer-In-Training (EIT) from the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Professional Engineers and of Land Surveyors in October 2013.
