Diana Imme

Diana Imme serves as the Total Rewards Manager at K2 Insurance Services since June 2021, overseeing the administration of health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence, and various employee benefit plans across the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Diana was the Employee Benefits Supervisor at Jenny Craig from November 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits data and compliance for approximately 1,800 employees. Previously, Diana held the position of Benefits Consultant for Becton, Dickinson and Company's Total Rewards team from June 2010 to October 2015, administering benefits for around 13,000 employees in the US and Canada, with notable success during DOL audits. Diana's career began at Sempra Energy, where, from January 2001 to April 2007, management of pension, 401k plans, and health benefits for around 23,000 participants was successfully handled. Diana attended Mount Saint Mary's University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science, and has participated in various industry-related educational initiatives.
