James Sharpington

James Sharpington is an experienced professional in the insurance and reinsurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at K2 International since May 2020. Prior to this role, James worked at Pioneer Underwriters as an Underwriter from July 2018 to May 2020, and at BMS Group as a Senior Broker from May 2014 to July 2018. James began a career in insurance as a North America Property Treaty Reinsurance Broker at Aon Benfield, where employment spanned from October 2007 to May 2014. James holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business, Finance, and Economics from Durham University, completed between 2004 and 2007, alongside earlier education at St. Olave's Grammar School and Eltham College.
