Ernesto Nájera Morales

Ernesto Nájera Morales serves as the Director for Mexico and Latin America at K2 Systems MX & LATAM since July 2017, where responsibilities include coaching employees for market share growth and fostering a culture of continuous personal and professional development. Prior to this role, Ernesto contributed to business development in the Latin American market and provided technical guidance at K2. Earlier experience includes serving as the Solar Business Manager at Energías Renovables Exacta, where a successful business model was established, and positions as a Mechatronic Engineer at Cooper Power Systems and Soluciones Tecnologicas SA de CV, focusing on transformer design and automation respectively. Education includes a Master in Engineering Science with a focus on Photovoltaics from UNSW, a certificate in Innovation from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics from the same institution.
