David Alcorn

David Alcorn has an extensive background in defense and security, currently serving as President, Project Manager, and Defense and Security Consultant at K2 Technical, LLC since August 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Inspector General at the Florida Department of Veterans Affairs, where David supported over 1.6 million veterans, and Director of Force Protection at Headquarters United States Air Force Forces Central Command, responsible for overseeing force protection programs across 27 countries in Southwest Asia. Additional positions held include Chief of the Force Protection Division at United States Central Command, Deputy Commander of the Security Forces Group at Air Force Space Command, and Commander of an Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, focusing on the protection of significant military resources. David's career in the U.S. Air Force Security Forces began in 1986, leading up to a role as International Team Chief at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, managing security for programs aimed at eliminating Weapons of Mass Destruction. David holds a BS in Agricultural Education from Texas A&M University and an MS in International Relations from Troy University.
