Caroline Gallagher, CPTD

Caroline Gallagher, CPTD has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of training and development. Caroline began their career in 1998 as a Technical Publications Writer/Content Development for SmartForce. In 2003, they moved to K2Share as Manager, Content Development. Most recently, they have served as Vice President for Records and Communications for Brazos Valley ATD since 2014.

Caroline Gallagher, CPTD, obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs from the University of Limerick in 1997, and their Graduate Diploma in Technical Communication from the same institution in 1998. In 2013, they obtained their Certified Professional in Talent Development from the ATD Certification Institute. In 2021, they obtained their Successive Approximation Model certification from Allen Academy.
