Daniel Cole

Daniel Cole has worked in the IT industry since 2007. Daniel began their career at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company as a Full-time Internal Information Support Technician and a Part-time Internal Information Support Technician. In 2009, they joined K2Share as a Quality Assurance Lead, Change Management, Quality Assurance Analyst, Computer Systems Analyst - Windows Administrator, and Associate Computer Systems Analyst. As Quality Assurance Lead, they were responsible for managing and coordinating the quality assurance team efforts to test and review that all information systems, products, and services are meeting acceptance criteria. Daniel also provided oversight on project timelines and task estimates. In the Change Management role, they verified, processed, coordinated, scheduled, monitored, and documented changes to the IT systems through change management processes for both internal and external clients. As Quality Assurance Analyst, they executed procedures to ensure that all information systems, products, and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements. As Computer Systems Analyst - Windows Administrator, they deployed, maintained, patched, secured, and managed Windows servers, customer applications, web applications, Active Directory, Exchange, and endpoint solutions. As Associate Computer Systems Analyst, they provided technical support to all K2Share employees and was on-call 24/7.

Daniel Cole has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Daniel has also obtained three certifications: Python Essential Training from LinkedIn in May 2021, Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager from LinkedIn in January 2021, and Configuration Management Principles and Implementation Certification from CMPIC LLC in June 2014.
