David Velasquez

David Velasquez is a seasoned professional in venture capital and information security with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at K50 Ventures since December 2022, David previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Citi from April 2012 to March 2023, leading the Emerging Efforts Team within the Chief Information Security Organization. In this role, David managed a multi-national program focused on critical areas such as privileged access management and credential theft mitigation. David's career also includes founding a consulting firm, Quavis, and providing strategic insights at Deloitte Consulting and BearingPoint. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and has a background in finance and accounting.
