John Tappen

John Tappen has extensive experience in technology and support roles, currently serving as an Ambassador at K9s For Warriors since April 2020. Prior to this role, John held positions such as Information Technology Manager at STILWELL & ASSOCIATES from November 2015 to December 2019 and Team Lead, End User Support Specialist at Motion Recruitment Partners from July 2013 to November 2015, where responsibilities included managing project life-cycles and team management. John also worked as a Solutions Engineer at NWN Corporation from October 2011 to June 2013, providing technical support for computer systems. John's foundational experience includes serving as a Flight Engineer in the US Navy from December 2006 to April 2011, ensuring flight safety and troubleshooting aircraft systems. John holds an Associate of Arts in Computer and Information Sciences from Florida State College at Jacksonville and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of North Florida.
