Edgar Stadler

Edgar Stadler is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and technology management, currently serving as Divisionsleitung Technik and Chief Technology Officer at K.A. Schmersal GmbH & Co. KG since October 2020. Prior to this role, Edgar Stadler held the position of Entwicklungsleiter and CTO at EUCHNER GmbH + Co. KG from June 2015 to October 2020. With extensive experience at SICK AG from February 1992 to May 2015, Edgar Stadler advanced through several leadership roles, including Head of R&D for both Industrial Instrumentation and 3D Compact Systems, as well as Division Manager and Manager of R&D. Earlier in the career, Edgar Stadler worked as a Software Development Engineer at Softing from August 1987 to February 1992. Edgar Stadler earned a Diplom in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
