Munish Samyal

Munish Samyal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service management and technical support. Currently serving as the Regional Service Manager for Kaapi Machines since February 2017, Munish oversees a team of customer service representatives, focusing on optimizing workflows and enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction. Previous roles at Kaapi Machines include Assistant Service Manager and Sr. Executive Services.
