Ameena Hakim

Ameena Hakim, DNP, MSN, RN, IgCN has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare leadership roles. Ameena currently serves as the Vice President of National Nursing Networks at KabaFusion, where they are responsible for overseeing nursing operations and implementing home infusion nursing. Prior to this, they held positions as the Assistant Vice President and National Director of Nursing Networks at KabaFusion. Ameena also served as the Director of Nursing Networks, where they were responsible for identifying and implementing home infusion nursing through contracts with external agencies.

In addition to their role at KabaFusion, Ameena has served as the Chief Executive Officer at AST International Consulting, LLC. Ameena has also worked as a Clinical Territory Manager at Soleo Health, a Transitional Care Liaison/Nursing Administrator at American Outcomes Management, and an Onsite Liaison at both the Visiting Nurses Association of Long Island and AxelaCare Health Solutions. Ameena's previous experience also includes positions as an RN Case Manager/Infusion Specialist/Onsite Liaison at Advanced Care Inc, the Director of Acute Care Services at Greater New York Home Care, and an RN Case Manager at United Cerebral Palsy New York City. Overall, Ameena Hakim has a diverse background in nursing, leadership, and healthcare consulting.

Ameena Hakim, DNP, MSN, RN, IgCN completed their education in the following sequence:

- From 2014 to 2017, they pursued their Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice at Walden University.

- Between 2010 and 2013, they earned their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree focused on Leadership and Management, also from Walden University.

- Ameena'sinitial academic achievement was an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Registered Nursing, which they obtained from Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY) during the period of 2004-2009.
