Joseph Kalet

Joseph Kalet MBA has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the field of infusion therapy. Joseph has held various roles and responsibilities throughout their career.

From 2005 to 2013, Joseph worked at Lincare Holdings, Inc. Initially starting as a Marketing Representative, they successfully increased revenue through sales of home infusion therapies in the Central New York region. Joseph developed and negotiated multiple contracts with AICs for on-site compounded treatments. Joseph'sefforts resulted in being ranked as one of the top sales representatives in the nation for revenue growth. In 2011, Joseph transitioned to a newly-created national role as a National Marketing Representative. In this position, they led sales efforts for 30 infusion centers in 15 states and managed a sales staff of 45 professionals. Joseph improved market share, revenue, accountability, and efficiency by implementing sales teams, strategic plans, training programs, and IT systems.

In 2014, Joseph joined Lincare Home Infusion Therapy as the New York State Sales and Marketing role. As part of their responsibilities, they oversaw sales and marketing operations, including brand management, territory leadership, strategic partnerships, and expansion projects. Joseph led the RFP process and was responsible for developing proposals and negotiating contracts. Joseph also played a key role in new business development and establishing strategic partnerships to expand into new markets.

In 2020, Joseph joined KabaFusion as the Director of Sales NYS and later served as the Specialty Infusion Manager. In these roles, they contributed to sales growth and managed sales operations for specific regions.

Currently, Joseph holds the position of Director of Sales NY & PA at KABAFUSION HOLDINGS LLC, where they continue to utilize their experience and expertise in leading sales initiatives and driving business growth in the infusion therapy industry.

Joseph Kalet earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from SUNY Empire State College, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the same institution, finishing their studies from 2005 to 2008. Joseph also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from Cayuga County Community College, which they earned from 1999 to 2001.
