Steven Farese has a diverse work experience in IT support and operations. Steven started their career as a Configuration Analyst at SHI International Corp. in 2013. Steven then worked as an IT Support Technician at Glowpoint, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. Steven joined vXchnge in 2016, initially as an Operations Service Support Center (OSSC) Specialist and later became the Lead OSSC Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for customer service, network monitoring, facility security, and training. Most recently, Steven joined KabaFusion in 2022 as the Information Technology Support Lead.
Steven Farese attended Lincoln Tech - Edison from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Computer Network Security, focusing on Network Communications & Information Systems. In 2015, they also earned the ITIL Foundation V3 certification from ITIL Certified.
