Graeme Gish

Graeme Gish has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Graeme currently holds the position of Vice President, Company Operations & GM, Acadia Studio at Kabam. In this role, they lead the Operations team and is responsible for the business strategy, game development, operations, and Studio P&L for Acadia Studio. Graeme recently delivered the studio's first release, Transformers: Reforged, on the Netflix subscription service.

Prior to joining Kabam, Graeme worked at Electronic Arts (EA) as the Group Head of Development | Hockey & Fighting. Graeme held this position from August 2018 to July 2020. Before that, they worked at King as the Vice President, Production from July 2016 to July 2018. During their time at King, they were responsible for global functional leadership, central development services, Craft Academy, and PMO. Graeme also served as the Vice President, Content at King from August 2015 to January 2018, where they led the global functional leadership of Content across King studios.

Graeme has also had a long career at Electronic Arts (EA). Graeme held various roles including Senior Director - Central Art Europe | EA Studios Content Group from June 2014 to July 2015, Director - External Development | EA Studios Content Group from August 2013 to May 2014, Director - Production | EA Sports Central Art from February 2012 to July 2013, Department Head | EA Sports Central Art (Tiburon Studio) from February 2011 to January 2012, and Department Head - Character Art & Rigging | EA Sports Central Art from August 2009 to January 2011.

Before their time at EA, Graeme worked at Vancouver Film School as the Director - Curriculum and Instruction from September 2003 to July 2006. Graeme was also the Founding Director of the 3D Animation and Visual Effects Program at the same institution from January 1996 to August 2000. Prior to that, they had roles at Ground Zero Productions - Animation & VFX as the Co-Founder/Executive Producer in 1995, and at 3D Motion Productions - Animation & VFX as a Producer from July 1993 to December 1994.

Graeme Gish has a certificate in 3D Animation from the Vancouver Film School. Graeme also holds a diploma in Management Skills for Advanced Technology from Simon Fraser University. Graeme has obtained a Scrum Master Certification from 3Back.com. Additionally, they hold a certificate in French Language Studies from the Institut pour Etudiants Francaise @ Aix en Provence. Graeme has a BA (Honours) degree in Political Studies from Queen's University. Graeme has completed an Executive Leadership Training Program from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Furthermore, Graeme is a Certified Scrum Master, although the institution and date of obtaining the certification are unknown.
