Tim Roy

Tim Roy has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Tim is currently working as the Studio Technical Director for Kabam Vancouver, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to joining Kabam, Tim served as the Senior Technical Director at Kabam starting in September 2019.

Before their time at Kabam, Tim worked at Capcom Game Studio Vancouver as a Technical Director from November 2010 to October 2018. Tim also had a role as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Director at Blue Castle Games from July 2005 to November 2010.

Tim's career began at MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates in October 1993, where they worked as a Software Engineer until January 2000. Tim then moved on to Tantalus Communications, where they served as the Director of Software Development from February 2000 to January 2002.

Prior to these roles, Tim worked as a Software Engineer at Infrascan from May 1991 to April 1993.
