Ram Ganesan is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in digital engineering and applied AI. As Co-Founder of Kaboom AI since April 2024, Ram focuses on revolutionizing Enterprise Account Management through innovative AI solutions. Previously, Ram served as Head of Digital Experience and EVP of Product Engineering at Encora Inc., overseeing P&L and operations for the Digital Experience Business Unit. Ram founded Sooryen Technologies, a startup in digital commerce and fintech, establishing partnerships with major tech companies. Ram's earlier roles include Vice President of IT Application Development at 1800flowers.com and various positions at MetLife Insurance, IBM, AT&T, CitiCorp Overseas Software Limited, and Fujitsu ICIM. Academically, Ram holds an MBA from Baruch College and a BE in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
