Jose Diaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in victim advocacy and support. Currently serving as a Bilingual National Victim Specialist Contractor at KACE Company, Jose facilitates communication with victims and provides essential guidance to navigate the complexities of crimes involving the postal system. Previously, at the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney in Arlington County, Virginia, Jose actively supported over 70 crime victims, fostering connections between them and the criminal justice system. With a background as a Bilingual Court Advocate and a Bilingual Supportive Services Advocate, Jose has effectively managed case loads and improved operational processes. Jose holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Studies in Homeland Security from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Latin American Studies from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
