Keith Terada is currently the Director of Revenue Operations at Kadence. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations at Kaptivo from September 2018 to March 2021. In this role, Keith led sales, marketing, and customer success operations while providing KPI metrics to the executive staff on a weekly basis. Keith also oversaw the commission process and payout and was the owner of Kaptivo's tech stack - Salesforce, Hubspot, Leadlander, DiscoverOrg. Keith created and owned Kaptivo's forecasting process and was responsible for sales enablement/training - dashboard, sales kick offs, reference materials.
From August 2017 to October 2018, Keith was the Director Of Marketing Operations at Qubole. In this role, they were the Marketo administrator in charge of all lead flows from external systems to Marketo to Salesforce. Keith revamped the entire lead funnel process to a hybrid of a person based funnel and an ABM funnel. Keith was also in charge of all of Qubole’s marketing ROI metrics and the management of Qubole’s marketing budget. Keith owned Qubole's marketing tech stack – Marketo, Drift, Socedo, BrightTalk , API integrations, LeanData and VoiceStorm. Keith helped Qubole become GDPR compliant.
