Amber Parker

Amber Parker has been working in professional roles since 2014. Amber began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Aerotek, where they directed a team of full cycling recruiters and managed client accounts. Amber also acquired two large accounts that grew 20% of revenue, and initiated open house interview nights quarterly with up to 25+ candidates coming to a panel interview resulting in 60% hire ratio per event. In 2018, Amber moved on to Seminole County Public Schools, where they provided training and professional development to 70% of staff on a variety of instructional concepts and classroom management strategies. Amber also developed and executed educational curriculum, projects, and experiential activities for various classes of students in various grade levels. In 2022, Amber began working as a Technical Recruiter at Kaeppel Consulting, LLC.
