Everett Sussman

Everett Sussman currently serves as the Vice President of Analytics and Data Science at Kafene, a position held since April 2023, where the focus includes developing analytics and models to forecast growth and profitability while managing Kafene's experimentation program. Prior to this role, Everett was the Senior Director of Analytics at Disney Streaming Services from June 2021 to April 2023, leading a Globalization & Accessibility Analytics team and enhancing streaming recommendations for various Disney platforms. Earlier experience includes working as a Fixed Income Strats Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where market signals were identified to improve monetization, and as a Quantitative Finance Summer Analyst at the same firm, developing visualization tools and learning techniques for currency pair predictions. Everett's career began with an internship at Paloma Partners, and education was completed with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University in 2019.
