Jessica G. began their career in 1997 as a professional basketball player in the Euro-League for the Ramat-Hasharon Team. Jessica also founded Gelman's All-American Hoopsters, a basketball clinic for 9-13 year olds. In 1998, they worked as a strategy consultant for the Mitchell Madison Group. In 2002, Jessica joined the Kraft Sports Group as the Vice President of Customer Marketing & Strategy, where they created and implemented an analytics-focused strategy for customer engagement and business growth. In 2006, they co-founded and co-chaired the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. In 2016, Jessica became the CEO of Kraft Analytics Group (KAGR), a technology and services company that helps sports & entertainment organizations get analytics right.
Jessica G. completed their MBA at Harvard Business School in 2002, with a focus in General Management. Jessica obtained their AB from Harvard University in 1997, majoring in Psychology.
