Patrick Leger

Patrick Leger has a diverse work experience in the engineering and healthcare fields. Patrick began their career in 2009 as a Certified Flight Instructor at Bridgewater State University, where they were responsible for training, development, and oversight of BSU Check Instructors. In 2011, they joined MEDITECH as a Senior Applications Specialist, where they streamlined internal processes and improved communication within the group by designing, developing, and implementing web apps and dashboards. Patrick then moved to Massachusetts General Hospital as a QPID Systems Manager in 2015. In 2016, they joined Partners HealthCare as a Systems Engineer, where they architected/developed multiple internal business applications. In 2019, they moved to Mass General Brigham as a Technical Architect and Systems Engineer II, where they established infrastructure-as-code deployment practices and designed and created a budget for multi-region dedicated Cloud connectivity. Patrick currently works at Kraft Analytics Group as the Director of Engineering and Senior Manager of Engineering.

Patrick Leger has an extensive education history. Patrick obtained a Bachelor of Science from Bridgewater State University in 2009, majoring in Aviation Science. Patrick then earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2011, with a focus in Management. In 2014, they earned a Master of Science in Information Technology from Bentley University. In addition, Leger has obtained numerous certifications, including a Commercial Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2007, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020, a Certified Flight Instructor certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2020, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certification from Microsoft in 2020, a Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification from Microsoft in 2019, an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2018, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification from Microsoft in 2019, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification from Microsoft in 2019, and a PROFESSIONAL CLOUD ARCHITECT certification from Google Cloud Platform Certified in 2019. Patrick also obtained the RLF (Regional Leadership Forum) certification from the Society for Information Management in 2021.
