Roseann Grippo

Roseann Grippo is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in luxury hotel management, currently serving as the Resident Manager at The Kahala Hotel & Resort since April 2011. Prior to this role, Roseann worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from May 2003 to February 2011, holding various leadership positions including Hotel Manager and Area Director of Food and Beverage for Hawaii and French Polynesia, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations for a flagship 1636-room resort. Roseann also served as Regional Director of Procurement and Regional Director of Food and Beverage and Operations for the Central Region, leading food and beverage strategies and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Earlier experience includes roles at the Westin Diplomat, supporting pre-opening operations and food and beverage management. Roseann holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
