Bashar Katat

Bashar "Bob" Katat is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managing and developing franchises. Since August 2015, Bashar has served as the Regional Director of Operations for Kahala Brands, overseeing the operations of various corporate locations, including Cold Stone Creamery, Blimpie, and Samurai Sam. Prior to this role, Bashar owned L&M Katat, Inc., doing business as Blimpie, from March 2004 to January 2016. Additionally, Bashar worked as a Sales Associate at DCH Paramus Honda for a brief period in 2015, handling the complete car sales process. Earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of Operations at Llewellyn Distributors from December 2007 to April 2014, where responsibilities included area development for Blimpie franchises, training, and marketing support. Bashar holds a High School Diploma from Aleppo, Syria, earned between 1986 and 1989.
