Hamlet Ohandjanian

Hamlet Ohandjanian is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Kahala Brands since August 2021, Ohandjanian focuses on upholding company standards, enforcing policies, and maximizing profitability. Previously, Ohandjanian held the position of Vice President of Operations at IHOP, overseeing 11 restaurants in Houston and expanding franchise operations in Cincinnati. Ohandjanian also served as the Director of Operations at Johnny Rockets, managing P&L for six corporately owned restaurants and consulting for 26 franchise locations.
