James Dyer

James Dyer is an experienced Regional Director of Operations at Kahala Brands, a position held since November 2015, where responsibilities include partnering with franchisees on various operational aspects such as training, finances, and customer service, as well as acting as the training liaison for Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory co-brand locations. Prior experience includes serving as a District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America from April 2013 to June 2015, overseeing Scouting programs and volunteer recruitment in Utah, and managing operations at Cold Stone Creamery from 2005 to March 2013, where duties encompassed brand growth and financial management. An internship as an Administrative Assistant for the African Promise Foundation in 2011 provided experience in organizational outreach and media development.
