Joshua Offenhartz

Joshua Offenhartz is a legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law, currently serving as Managing Partner Arizona at Kahana Feld since November 2024. Previously, Joshua held the title of Partner at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck from 2021 to November 2024 and worked as an Attorney at WILENCHIK & BARTNESS, P.C. from 2019 to 2021. Joshua has a solid background in managing commercial, corporate, insurance defense, and regulatory matters in trial and appellate courts. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Attorney at Wolfe & Wyman LLP and Thomas Markson Rubin & Kelley PC, alongside practical legal exposure as a Law Clerk at Emord and Associates and various positions focused on public administration and community outreach. Joshua holds a Doctor of Law from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, complemented by a Masters in Public Administration and dual Bachelor's degrees from the University of Arizona.
