Stephanie Baron

Stephanie Baron, ABD, serves as the Chief Projects Officer at Kahler Communications, Inc. since November 2021, while also maintaining a freelance career as a speaker focusing on strategy, communication, and innovation since 2009. In academia, Stephanie has held positions as a Senior Lecturer at the École de santé publique de l'Université de Montréal since September 2019, and previously contributed as a co-founder and VP of Se Comprendre, specializing in Process Communication training and consulting from 2017 to 2021. Other teaching roles include Lecturer at the Faculté de l'éducation permanente | Université de Montréal and HEC Montreal, where courses on communication and management were developed and taught. Prior professional experience includes strategic roles at Jezam Interactive and business development management at Metrix Systems, among others. Stephanie holds various degrees, including an incomplete PhD in Management from HEC Montréal, a Mastére Spécialisé from SKEMA, and a Master's in Organizational Communication from Purdue University, alongside certifications in coaching and yoga instruction.
