Kenneth Freshman, CPA, MBA, JD, LL.M, is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as a Tax Partner at KLR since January 2015, specializing in foreign businesses and individuals entering the U.S. market as well as expatriate taxation. Prior to this role, Kenneth was the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Freshman & Ferraro PC from 1997 to 2014, and also held the position of Tax Partner in Charge at Pannell Kerr Forster PC from 1986 to 1997. Kenneth's educational background includes an AB in Political Science from Boston University, an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, an LL.M in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and a JD from Creighton University School of Law.
