Frank Molina has held a number of positions within the public and private sectors since 2005. Frank began their career as a Senior Account Executive for VPE Public Relations, where they advised clients on the design and launch of their long-term media campaigns. In 2007, they moved to Valencia & Co. Public Affairs Consultants, where they maintained relational capital with existing clients and the media, and trained, monitored, and directed firm staff. In 2009, they became Program Manager at the California Community Foundation, where they were part of the turn-around team responsible for reinvigorating the Community Building Initiative. From 2016 to 2017, Molina was a Principal at FMA Consulting Co., and from 2017 to 2018 they worked at Cisco as a Corporate Affairs - Sustainability Consultant. In 2018, they joined Rhumbix as a member of the Growth Team, with roles in Strategic Partnerships and GTM Initiatives, and as a Business Development Manager. In 2021, they became an Enterprise Account Executive - Government Sales at Aurigo Software Technologies, and in 2022 they joined Kahua as a Partnerships & Marketing professional.
Frank Molina has a diverse educational background. Frank has a Master of Public Administration from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Business Administration from the Drucker School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn in the areas of product management, selling to executives, strategic partnerships, and ecosystems and platforms.
