Erin Hatcher

Erin Hatcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and customer success roles. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Specialist at Kahuna since November 2019, Erin previously held positions as a Customer Success Analyst and Associate Consultant at Morae Global from January 2019 to November 2019. Between 2015 and 2018, Erin contributed to Baylor University in roles such as Graduate Assistant and Graduate Admissions Student Worker. Additionally, an IT Planning Intern position was completed at HMS during the summer of 2018. Erin holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, both from Baylor University.
