Tim Somers

Tim Somers has worked in a variety of roles in the entertainment and media industry since 1986. Tim began their career at Fox Family Channel as a Manager of Affiliate Relations and Sales, where they were responsible for affiliate relations, sales, marketing, contract negotiations, event planning and execution, congressional lobbying, and celebrity relations. In 2000, they moved to Recovery Network as the Regional Vice President of Affiliate Relations and Sales, where they maintained affiliate relations, sales, contract negotiation, marketing, and PR for the Central Region. In 2003, they joined PMI Mortgage Insurance Company as an Account Executive, where they quadrupled their personal sales volume in five years. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as the Public Relations Chairperson for India Development Coalition of America, where they worked with other non-profits and NGOs on sustainable development initiatives in India. In 2008, they founded Timothy J. Somers Productions, Inc., where they served as President. In 2015, they founded Timothy J. Somers Voice-over (dba of Timothy J. Tim Somers' education history includes attending Sauk Valley Community College in Dixon, IL from 1968-1969, where they earned a transfer to Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they studied Photography from 1969-1971. In 2015, they attended Acting Studio Chicago, where they studied Voiceover, Commercial Voiceover, and Voiceover.
