Emily Töyrä

Emily Torrens is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, customer service, and mentorship. At belairdirect since May 2014, Emily has held various roles including Unit Manager, Quality Analyst, and Expert in Sales & Customer Service, where responsibilities included agent development, auditing for management decisions, and leading a provincial Retention KPI initiative. Emily also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at Carleton University, supporting the Business and Environmental Sustainability course, and began a career in the service industry as a Server at King's Landing Restaurant and Tavern. Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing and Management from Carleton University.
