Rich Westman

Founder at Kaido

Rich Westman is the founder and CEO of employee engagement scale-up Kaido since November 2016. In this role, they are responsible for all areas of business development, including strategic direction, finance raising, recruitment, and non-technical product development. Prior to this, they worked as an Age Group S&C Coach at the Lawn Tennis Association from March 2017 to July 2018. Rich also held the position of Long Term Athlete Development S&C Coach at Worcester Warriors from June 2014 to September 2015, and had roles as Assistant Lead S&C Coach- DPP and Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach at Leicester Tigers from September 2011 to April 2014.

Rich Westman attended Bromsgrove School from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained A Levels. Following that, they enrolled at Loughborough University from 2009 to 2014, completing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport and Exercise Science. In September 2013, they became an Associate Member of the UKSCA. Additionally, in May 2013, they obtained a Level 3 Club Coach Award in Tennis from LTA - I2C. Finally, in June 2012, they became a Sports Massage Therapist, achieving an ITEC Level 3 Diploma.
