Ann Zylstra

Ann Zylstra has two decades of recruiting experience, specializing in placing highly sought after talent in sales, sales management and engineering positions within technology companies. Her roots in tech recruiting were planted in the dotcom boom and startup frenzy of the late 90s. She worked with the elite technical engineers everyone wanted for contract and the sales people who could pitch and sell completely new ideas in unchartered territory. Many of those relationships continue to this day due to Ann’s personal approach to helping talented people make successful career moves that have a powerful impact on their lives. She has built a vast and ever growing network of experienced, top performing professionals in the tech space. Ann is very well connected to hiring managers as well with an array of technical companies and has a strong sense of loyalty and dedication to serving those clients with the highest standards.

Ann is an avid cyclist and marathoner, an endurance athlete in work and play. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her two sons.
